[Freelance] Antibiogo is looking for a Backend Developer (Typescript) and a Computer vision Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Developer (Typescript) and a Computer vision Engineer to join Antibiogo team and work on the development of the application’s new features

If you have experience in Image Processing with OpenCV/TensorFlow or development with Typescript/Python and want to work for a medical humanitarian organization, on a high-impact project for low and middle income countries, this position is for you!

Antibiogo is a Free, open source and offline Android application, that supports non-expert laboratory technicians in Low and Middle Income Countries (LMIC) in measuring and interpreting antimicrobial susceptibility tests in order to help doctors prescribe appropriate antibiotics to their patients. This project  will contribute to the fight against antibiotic resistance, which is a major public health concern that is expected to cause 10 million deaths per year by 2050, in countries where access to Bacteriology testing is limited.

While a first version of the application is currently deployed within MSF laboratories (DRC, Jordan, …), our team is developing a new version of Antibiogo integrating additional features.
