The information collected on this website or contained in the MSF Foundation’s donor space is processed by the MSF Foundation. It is intended to be used by the communication and fundraising departments of the MSF Foundation and MSF France and by any third parties mandated by the MSF Foundation for internal management purposes, to answer your questions or appeal to your generosity.

Your data are kept for the period strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the abovementioned purposes and for the sending of your tax receipt. Right of use

The right to use the information, documents, articles and photographs published on the MSF Foundation’s website ( is granted to visitors to the site on a private and non-collective basis.


This right of use is personal and non-transferable. It includes storage for purposes of display on a single-user screen, backup copying and printing on paper for personal use.


Any other use is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised beforehand by the MSF Foundation. This prohibition therefore covers reproduction, even in part, for collective use in any form.
