The training took place at the ITM (Institute of Tropical Medicine) in Antwerp, Belgium, during 2 weeks. For Covid reasons, a hybrid session was organized with 6 trainees on site and 4 online.
After this training, the implementers are now able to deploy, implement the Mini-Lab and its activities, train the lab technology, supervisor and nurses to properly use all available procedures. The consultants/referrers are now able to support the rollout with the assistance of the Mini-Lab project team.
